CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
We are PLCB Permitted and do not allow outside alcohol into our event space. Don’t worry, we will have plenty for you!
ARE TAILGATE TICKETS MAILED TO ME?
All of our tailgate event tickets are electronic PDF tickets and are sent to you via email within minutes of ordering. If you have not received your tickets, please check your spam folder in your email, especially if you have not purchased from us before! If you purchased through Tixr, you can also access your tickets through your account on their mobile site or app.
If you purchased a group package or private tent, please allow 24 hours for us to send your individual tailgate tickets, as those are independently processed.

Game tickets are NOT included with your tailgate ticket purchase.

ARE YOU PARTNERS WITH THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS OR THE NFL?
We are not partners with or associated with the Pittsburgh Steelers on the National Football League. We host an independent event on private commercial property near Acrisure Stadium.
IS THE EVENT WEATHER PERMITTING?
All of our events are rain, snow, or shine. If the game is happening, we are tailgating!
If there is a weather emergency and there is an event cancellation, Gameday Hospitality will contact all ticket-holders directly and automatically issue refunds.
IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE AT THE TAILGATE?
Depending on Demand for the Game there is Limited First Come, First Served Seating at the Tailgate Event, we do have High Top Tables and areas to Eat and Rest Your Drinks. If you want guaranteed seating, please Book a Group Tailgate Tent Package.
There is limited first-come, first-served seating for General Admission tailgate tickets. We also provide cocktail tables for General Admission guests to rest your drinks and plates.
Our VIP tailgate tickets come with access to the VIP-only seating area within the tailgate experience.
If you would like to guarantee seating for your or your group, we offer private tents and seating areas for purchase.
WHAT TIME DOES THE TAILGATE START?
1:00 Game Time: Tailgate from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
4:05 Game Kick: Tailgate from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
4:25 Game Kick: Tailgate from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
8:15 Game Kick: Tailgate from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Please note that all game times and dates are subject to flex scheduling and can be changed. If this occurs, we adjust our tailgate schedule accordingly.
