Gameday Hospitality is a sports hospitality and travel company that focuses on premium, fan-focused tailgate parties before major sporting events. We also facilitate domestic and international trips, pre-concert experiences, and corporate hospitality. We are a group of sports fans curating events for sports fans!

Gameday Hospitality is active all across the world! We are capable of creating events in every US state and host international trips for select sporting events. Check out our Gameday Cities page for active activations and our Full Event Calendar for all of our currently planned experiences.

We do not offer game tickets with your tailgate ticket purchase unless specifically marked as “Tailgate + Game Ticket Package.”

These bundles are only available in select markets.

Your VIP Tailgate Ticket will always get you access to the VIP seating area within the tailgate zone.

Additional VIP amenities vary by market, please check the individual tailgate pages on our site for a full list of amenities or fill out our contact form with questions.

Gameday events outside of New York/New Jersey are family friendly, and children under 5 are allowed entry without a ticket.

All events in East Rutherford and/or at Gameday Hospitality New York are strictly 21+ only and IDs are checked at the door.

We tailgate in the rain, snow, and shine! If the game or event is happening, we will be tailgating!

If there is a true weather emergency or game cancellation, Gameday Hospitality will reach out directly and automatically issue refunds.

Gameday Hospitality does not offer refunds for tickets outside of a true weather emergency or event cancellation.

Please make sure you verify the date and time of your event before you purchase tailgate tickets. Reach out to Gameday Hospitality with any questions or concerns.

We are currently only able to offer parking passes in our Buffalo market. For more specific parking information, visit your event’s individual page on our website.

Gameday Hospitality does not have active coupon codes. However, we do offer a discount for new subscribers to our monthly newsletter.
