Need more information about our Carolina Blue Zone tailgate experience? No problem! Here are some commonly asked questions and requested information.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL TO THE TAILGATE?
No, you cannot bring your own alcohol to the tailgate. We have permits to serve alcohol, and want to make sure that guests are served safely and according to North Carolina law. But don’t worry, we have plenty of options for our guests. You’re sure to find something you like at our bar!
ARE TAILGATE TICKETS MAILED TO ME?
Your tailgate tickets are made available instantly when you purchase through our ticketing platform, Tixr, or our other partners (Tailgreeter, TickPick, and Ticket Network). You should receive them via email within a few minutes. Don’t see your tickets? Check your spam folder, then contact our support team through our website or your chosen ticketing platform.
ARE CONCERT TICKETS INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?
No, your game tickets are NOT included in your Gameday Hospitality purchase. We provide tailgate tickets only in our Charlotte market. Still need game tickets? Check availability here.
ARE THESE EVENTS WEATHER DEPENDENT?
Our events happen rain, snow, or shine! If the event is happening, we will be tailgating!
In the case of a true weather emergency or an event cancellation, refunds will be automatically processed to the card used to make the original purchase and email updates will be sent to the account associated with that purchase.
IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE AT THE TAILGATE EVENT?
Our Gameday Charlotte tailgates offer limited first-come first-served seating. If you would like guaranteed seating, please reach out to our team about purchasing a private group tent.
WHAT TIME DOES YOUR TAILGATE START?
Our tailgates start 2 hours before doors open at the concert venue. For detailed timing information, please look at the upcoming events section or our ticketing platform.
